We love animals and care about the well being of each and every one of them. A little about us, we moved to Alabama from N.J for a few reasons the main reason was that we felt that we were needed here to help the unwanted puppies and dogs, when we came to visit family in 1999 we decided and felt that this is our calling to rescue and relocate the animals who needed us. We seen some very Horrific sites with dead dogs along and on the road ways, there was one that I would never forget it was a black lab puppy about 3 months old, He got hit in the road, he couldn't move, his hind end was paralyzed and was screaming in pain he laid there in the middle of the lane where cars were riding over top of him while he was squirming and screaming. , I stopped, held up traffic with tears streaming down my face and picked him up, I could not stand the thought of the cars running on top of him while he was dieing, it was just horrible,no sooner then I picked him up he past away. God bless him he was finially out of pain. Its not only that the people are irresponsible , its that the local shelters are kill. the people thought that they would give there unwanted pets a chance at life,so they would drop them on the side of the road,but not fully understanding of that animal would suffer until death occurs . So it is a mixture of things.But our Goal is to make people aware and bring there unwated pets to us before throwing them out. we don't distroy any animals, we keep them until there adopted of we will place them in a foster home. some owners do bring us there unwanted pets before causing the animal pain and suffering which is not needed. We take them in with open arms knowing that we will find the puppies/dogs a wonderful home with a future of love and devotion. So we are ready and willing to save ever soul we possibly can and strictly relocate to good homes, we will ship via airlines, we will also deliver on the east coast, for deliveries we need the delivery fee of 150.00 for gas and lodging 3 days prior of delivery the delivery fee also acts as a deposit which will hold the pet until delivery date. this fee is non refundable . This is a mess that the kill shelters and counties have created, by not haveing a no kill shelter that they could bring there unwanted pets to. and now they want to clean up there mess. By destroying as many animals they possiably can for a fast fix to there problem in which they in fact created.so the animals pay for there mistakes and carelessness all the way around.we can't save all of them but we save as many as we possiably can. So that is what is happening to these beautiful highly adoptable animals here. and we will not tolerate nor stand by and watch very much wanted and adoptable pets get killed or poisoned, or injured in any way. We will find homes for them as fast as we can. But our facility is not big enough to take in that many before there relocated. So we are always looking for foster parents, adoptive parents, etc, we hire help to take the very best of care of the rescues as we always have. Just last week we picked up a Beautiful golden retriever the people were shooting at this dogs saying that it was a not wanted there they called her a stray, they shot her with bird shot in hopes that she leave,for 2 weeks she wasnt fed, they refused to feed her since they did not want her to stay. she never did leave. so finially they called me. when they were telling me that they didn't feed her for 2 weeks I could have just died I was expecting to see a skinny starved dog.But when I went to pick her up ,as I walked around the side of the building ,this beautiful wonderful purebred Golden came running with a stick in her mouth,wanting to play, I assume that she was catching rabbits since she was not skinny. this girl is no older the 8 months old. The most wonderful temperament, Knowing that she didn't eat for that time I had to wait till I got her home in order to feed her since she needed to have soft food , so we soaked her food let it set till it was soft then we fed it to her. she inhaled the food, didn't even chew she just swallowed . It just makes me sick how people do these beautiful dogs the way they do. So as long as I am able I will do what I will too save these animals from the doom & Gloom of there surroundings that they were bound to face.Now if we were not out here for that beautiful Golden Retriever now named ''Ginger''she would have been destroyed in hands of the shelter or county. That would have been a very huge let down for her and us knowing and not helping, so that's why we are here doing what we have to do. It's a very hard job, we are exhausted at the end of each and every day , we don't take vacations ,no days off ,and no holiday time we are here 24/7 and that's were we will stay and devote our lives to Gods creatures in Alabama., This is a more expensive way of running a rescue but it's the only way. so you will notice that our fees are a little higher maybe then most rescues, Our over head is a lot every month. You will be doing something great for an animal by either adopting or a foster parent you could be a foster parent that even lives on the east coast.
